*Must be a "tiny tattoo" meaning it is 1-3 inches in size. Color is not available with this offer
*The gift certificate value can be credited to a larger piece as a $100.00 discount from the regular final price of the tattoo
*Once you have the gift certificate, please contact Madacyne via email, information upon winning, with your ideas. Please be sure to include "CASA Gift Certificate in the subject line
*You must bring the gift certificate to the appointment
