Gather your family to enjoy a hearty homemade Christmas Eve meal with no work! The package includes a homemade pan of frozen *lasagna weighing over 9 pounds with layers of whole milk mozzarella, Parmesan and ricotta, homemade bolognese ragu and bechemel frozen in a disposable pan to eliminate the clean-up! This is a Leone family tradition.  There is an additional frozen bag of bolognese ragu (without cream sauce) to warm on your stove to dress each serving. Lili Stamper, a home baker, has also frozen a *loaf of sour dough bread for you to warm and serve with dinner. For dessert, the Faas family has donated a frozen Dutch apple pie and red raspberry white chocolate cheesecake to end your family meal. The kit also includes a dozen homemade *cookie dough balls ready for baking for Santa in your oven! 

Dinner will likely serve 6 to 8 people depending on serving sizes. 

These items will be delivered frozen for your storage. It is recommended that you thaw lasagna and sauce in the refrigerator 3 days before intended use.  Coordinate pick-up with Dana Huffer.
